<br />Said easement and rights herein granted shall include <br />the right of reasonable ingress and egress upon, over and across <br />Grantor's premises for access to and from said right of way herein <br />granted. <br />Grantor reserves the right to use the area encumbered by <br />this grant for any purpose and in any manner whatsoever, provided <br />that such use does not interfere unreasonably with the rights <br />herein granted. Grantee agrees that said storm sewer line shall be <br />located as shown on The City of North Olmsted Plan Drawing marked <br />Exhibit "A", received October 29, 1999. <br />Grantee or its agents shall take adequate precautions to <br />keep walls of trenches adjacent to Grantor's structures from . <br />caving; and all trenches shall be backfilled with good, clean fill <br />dirt, well compacted, and the area restored to a condition to <br />conform with the remainder of Grantor's premises and to <br />substantially the same condition that existed prior to excavation. <br />Grantee or its agents shall install a pipe of non- <br />metallic material and be no closer than fifty (50') feet to CEI's <br />substation fence. <br />Grantee agrees to relocate the storm sewer line if CEI's <br />substation is expanded at the sole cost and expense of the Grantee. <br />Grantee or its agents shall at all times maintain OSHA <br />clearances to energized conductors during construction and <br />maintenance. <br />3 <br />
