<br />Section 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of
<br />Cuyahoga County.
<br />Section 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments
<br />from any of the aforegoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approved same,
<br />or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures provided that no warrants shall be drawn or
<br />paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided
<br />further, appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of
<br />expense other than those covered by other specific appropriations herein made.
<br />Section 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12,
<br />of the C arfer of the City of North Olmsted.
