<br />EXHIBIT A-1 <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 234-26-008 <br />Situated in the Sate of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga and City of North Olmsted and known <br />as being part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 15, Tract No. 6 and bounded and described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning on the Southerly line of land registered in the name of Frank H. Drellishak and <br />Evelyn C. Drellishak by Certificate of Tile No. 78581 of Cuyahoga County Records at a point <br />375 feet Westerly measured along said Southerly line from the center line of Mackenzie Road; <br />Thence Northerly and pazallel with the center line of Mackenzie Road, 186 feet to the <br />Northwesterly corner of land conveyed to Minnie A. and Richard A. Wise by deed dated August <br />24, 1962, and recorded in volume 10623, Page 201 of Cuyahoga County Records; <br />Thence Westerly along the prolongation Westerly of the northerly line of land so <br />conveyed to Minnie A. Richard A. Wise, 213.10 feet to a point on the Easterly line of Sublot No. <br />63 in Park Ridge Homes Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 185 of Maps, <br />Page 17 of Cuyahoga County Records: <br />Thence Southerly along the Easterly or rear line of Sublots Nos. 65, 64, 63 and 62, in said <br />Park Ridge Home Subdivision, 186 feet to a point on the Southerly line of land described in <br />Certificate of Title No. 78581 as aforesaid; <br />Thence Easterly along said Southerly lien, 213.10 feet to the place of beginning. <br />
