Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended <br />upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and for purposes other than those covered by the <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date <br />permitted by Artiucle IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSE?__ ,? ?4a-C-?J <br />ATT <br />? ?• <br />Bar bara L.
