..?. CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 99-163 BY: Mayor Norman T. Musial A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF ADA TOILET ROOM FACII.ITIES AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS AT SPRINGVALE GOLF COURSE AND BALLROOM AS DETAILED IN THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ON FILE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR THE SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY A5 AMENDED. WHEREAS, the necessary plans and specifications, as prepared under the direction of the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted, are on file; and WHEREAS, the City has received a grant for this project from the Cuyahoga County Department of Development in the amount of $96,000.00; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize the Mayor to enter into an Agreement to construct said improvement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the construction and installation of ADA Toilet Room Facilities and other improvements at Springvale Golf Course and Ballroom according to plans and specifications now on file in his office and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor.
