System Improvements <br />Dear Mr. Deichmann: <br />We are pleased to submit a proposal for professional engineering services for the referenced <br />project. We visited the building on September 23, 1999 with Sergeant Clute and reviewed the <br />scope of work. <br />A. SCOPE OF WORK: <br />1. Design of replacement of two (2) existing rooftop gas/electric packaged multizone <br />units. <br />2. Design of modifications to the existing ductwork as required by replacement of <br />the rooftop units and temperature controls. <br />B. BASIC SERVICES: <br />Collect existing design drawings and/or as-built drawings, field visit the site as <br />required to collect data and verify location of existing equipment, ductwork, power <br />supply and controls. Update the drawings with actual field conditions. <br />2. S#udy the existing systems serving the renovated areas. Perform design <br />calculations and verify if existing system has enough capacity to serve existing <br />area, with added computerequipment. --------------- - <br />- - 3. Preqare preliminary layout of proposed equipment and ductwork and cost <br />est;mate. Meet and review proposed layout and cost estimate with you and your <br />staff. <br />4. After the approval of your staff, we shall prepare the final working drawing, <br />including demolition plan and specifications for bidding and construction <br />purposes, all in compliance with the latest mechanical codes of the Ohio Basic <br />Building Code. <br />5.
