<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />236-012-004 <br />5ituated in the Staxe of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, and City of North Olmsted and <br />known to be part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30 Tract 6, and being further <br />described: <br />Beginning in the centerline of Kennedy Ridge, sixty (60) feet wide, at the point of <br />intersection with the centerline of Columbia Road, siaty (60) feet wide; <br />Thence, South 87° - 16'-29" West 1345.73 feet distance along the centerline of said <br />Kennedy Ridge Road to a point, said point being the intersection of said centerline with <br />the prolongation of the easterly line of land designated by Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records as Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-014; <br />Thence, south about 30.04 feet along aforesaid prolongation of the easterly line of said <br />Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-0I4 to a point in the southerly line of said Kennedy Ridge <br />Road, said paint being the northeast corner of Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-014; <br />Thence, west along the southerly line of Kennedy Rid.ge Road about 533.92 feet to a <br />point, said point being the north corner of land designated as Permanent Parcel No. 236- <br />012-004 and the Principle Place of beginning; <br />Thence, south along the easterly line of Permanent Parcel No. 236-012-004 about 492.88 <br />feet to a point, said point being the southeast corner of land designated as Permanent <br />Parcel No. 236-012-004; Thence west along the southerly line of Permanent Parcel No. 236-012-004 about 129.23 <br />feet to a point in the easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway I-480 and the <br />southwest corner of Permanent Parcel No. 236-012-004; <br />Thence, north along the easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway I-480 about <br />50.53 feet to a point; <br />Thence, continuing north along the east right-of-way line of Interstate Highway I-480 <br />about 170.00 feet to an angle point deflecting to the right; <br />Thence, northeast along the easterly right-of-way line of Intersta.te Highway I-480 about <br />298.67 feet to the Principal Place of beginning, be the same, more of less, but subject to <br />all legal highways. <br />EXHIBIT <br />Q <br />? <br />a <br />? ?? <br />r <br />a <br />
