<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />236-016-013 <br /> <br />Situated in the State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, and City of North Olmsted and <br />known to be part of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30 Tract 6, and being further <br />described: <br />Beginning in the centerline of Kennedy Ridge, sixty (60) feet wide, at the point of <br />intersection with the centerline of Columbia Road, sixty (60) feet wide; <br />Thence, South 87° - 16'-29" West 1345.73 feet distance along the centerline of said <br />Kennedy Ridge Road to a point, said point being the intersection of said centerline with <br />the prolongation of the easterly line of land designated by Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records as Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-014; <br />Thence, south about 260.08 feet along aforesaid prolongation of the easterly line of said <br />Perxnanent Parcel No. 236-016-014 to a point, said point being the northeast corner of <br />Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-013 and the Principal Place of beginning; <br />Thence, south along the easterly line of aforesaid land designated as Permanent Parcel <br />No. 236-016-013 about 190.96 feet to a point, said point being the southeast corner of <br />Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-013; <br />Thence, west along said southerly line of Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-013 about 60 <br />feet to a point, said point being the southwest corner of land designated as Permanent <br />Parcel No. 236-016-013; <br />Thence north along the westerly line of Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-013 about 188.44 <br />feet to a point, said point being the northwest corner of Permanent Parcel No. 236-013- <br />013; <br />Thence, east along the northerly line of Permanent Parcel No. 236-016-013 about 60.07 <br />feet to the Principal Place of beginning, be the same, more of less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />EXHIBIT <br />a <br />(D <br />Fa- ?'N V <br />? <br />Q <br />
