<br />Re: Parking Lot Improvernent at Springdale Gol# Course
<br />Proposal for Engineering and Surveying Services
<br />Dear Mr. Deichmann:
<br />As requested, we are responding to your request for proposal on the above mentioned
<br />project. The basic elements of service and appropriate fees are as follows:
<br />1. Surveying and mapping services for the subject area: $ 2,500.00
<br />(Note: If the original base mapping completed by others would be available on
<br />CADD then this phase would be reduced to $ 500.00 for storm sewer research)
<br />2. Design and drafting of a grading plan, utility plan and a site detail sheet.
<br />Specifications will cross reference ODOT and/or the City of North Olmsted and will be
<br />Shown on the plans. Separate technical specifications may not be needed. Utilities
<br />shown will include storm, and electrical conduit: $ 3,100.00.
<br />3. Design and drafting of lighting and electrical wiring for the parking lot: $ 1,100.00.
<br />4. Preparation of 2 sets of construction cost estimates and a bid sheet: $ 600.00.
<br />5. Addressing review comments, utility coordination providing mylars and answering
<br />questions during bidding and construction: $ 1,500.00.
<br />Our total fee is $ 8,800.00. A reduction of $ 2,000.00 would be realized if the base
<br />topographic map was supplied to us on CADD format.
