(Amended) <br />SECTION 3: The complete text of the sections of the Codified Ordinances listed above <br />are set forth in full in the current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances which are hereby <br />attached to this ordinance as Exhibit A. Any summary publication of this ordinance shall include <br />a complete listing of these sections. Notice of adoption of each new section by reference to its title <br />shall constitute sufficient publication of new matter contained therein. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare for the reason <br />that it is imperative to adopt current replacement pages to the Codified Ordinances in order to <br />avoid practical and legal entanglements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />; <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />- <br />P SIDENT OF COUNCIL
