The salaries of all employees of the Division of Aging shall be established by the Director of <br />Human Resources and the Mayor. " <br />be the same is hereby amended, and as amended, shall read as follows: <br />"SECTION 13: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees <br />of the Division of Aging. <br /> FROM TO <br /> 1998 1999 2000 <br />A. Administrator 22,000 43,862 45,178 45,533 Annually <br />B. Outreach Worker 6.00 13.77 14.18 14.61 <br />C. Activities Coordinator N/A N/A 24,898 25,645 Annually <br />D. Craft Instructor 6.25 13.77 14.18 14.61 <br />E. The salaries and hourly rates of all employees of the Division of Aging shall be established by <br />the Director of Human Resources and the Mayor. " <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance, or parts of Ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance are, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, expressly repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessazy to clarify that the position of Activities Coordinator <br />at the Senior Center is a full-time position in order to enable the Director of Human Resources <br />to hire immediately the candidate for the vacant position he desires to hire; and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and <br />be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />
