<br />C1TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLiITION NO. 99-115 <br />BY: MAYOR MUSIAL <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TBE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 5,000 TONS OF ASPHALT AND TACK <br />COATING OF CITY STREETS, AND AUTHORIZING TBE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TBE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for 5,000 tons of asphalt and tack coating of city streets, in accordance <br />with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on <br />behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for <br />the further reason that it is necessary to provide for the city's asphalt and tack coating <br />requirements, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of couneil, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: 5?
