CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY: Mavor Musial <br />ORDINANCE NO. 99-105 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION <br />AND BENEFITS TO BE PAID TO ALL PART-TIlVIE HOURLY <br />EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the pay benefits for part- <br />time hourly NOMBL employees, effective August l, 1999 in order that they be similar to <br />those presently offered to employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the compensation to be paid to all part-time hourly employees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />Part-time Hourly Employee <br />Effective August 1, 1999 <br />Classification <br />Title <br />Bus Operator-Regular Time <br />Bus Operator-Community <br />Circulator Time <br />Hostler <br />Extra Labor <br />Rate Steps <br />1* A 2* B 3* C 4* D <br />$ 10.97 $ 11.89 $ 12.80 $ 14.63 <br />$ 10.06 $ 10.97 $ 11.89 $ 12.80 <br />$ 10.36 $ 11.23 $ 12.09 $ 13.82 <br />$ 6.25 to $ 8.50 rang es** <br />*Each rate step is 2,080 part-time hours. Part-time hourly Bus Operators and <br />Hostlers who are subsequently hired full-time will remain in the rate step schedule they are <br />in as a full-time employee. However, no credit with part-time hours will be applied <br />towards their full-time employment wage progression within that rate step. <br />(A) Hired Part-Time on or after May l, 1995 <br />(B) Hired Part-Time before May 1, 1995 <br />
