Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater than the <br />amount stated in the bargaining unit agreement for the Secretary I position for the particular year <br />plus 2.5 %. <br />L. Assistant Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater <br />than the amount stated in the bargaining unit agreement for the Secretary II position for the <br />particular year plus 2.5 %. <br />M. Work days, hours worked per day, part-time or full-time status of the Mayor's Administrative <br />Assistant shall be determined as deemed appropriate by the Mayor. Similazly, the Mayor shall <br />determine the work days and hours worked of the Secretary of the Housing Council and Tax <br />Incentive Review Council." <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance, or parts of Ordina.nces, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance are, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, expressly repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to establish a salary range for the newly-created <br />position of Secretary of the Housing Council and Tax Incentive Review Council to authorize the <br />payment of compensation to the person appointed to this position; and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />3 <br />
