Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater than the amount stated in the bargaining unit agreement for the Secretary I position for the particular year plus 2.5 %. L. Assistant Clerk of Commissions salary shall be determined by the Mayor and be no greater than the amount stated in the bargaining unit agreement for the Secretary II position for the particular year plus 2.5 %. M. Work days, hours worked per day, part-time or full-time status of the Mayor's Administrative Assistant shall be determined as deemed appropriate by the Mayor. Similazly, the Mayor shall determine the work days and hours worked of the Secretary of the Housing Council and Tax Incentive Review Council." SECTION 2: That any Ordinance, or parts of Ordina.nces, inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance are, to the extent of any such inconsistency or conflict, expressly repealed. SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to establish a salary range for the newly-created position of Secretary of the Housing Council and Tax Incentive Review Council to authorize the payment of compensation to the person appointed to this position; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. 3
