SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions, <br />in conflict or inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance be, and hereby are, to the extent <br />of any such conflict or inconsistency, repealed. <br />SECTION 3.
