Situated in fhe State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, City of North Olrnsted, being <br />part of Original Olmsted Township Lot Number 10, being part of a parcei of land now or <br />formerfy in the name ofRobert E. Gilchrist, Trustee of the Mary E. Giichrist Revocable <br />Trust dated August 27, 1997 as recorded in Volume 97-08638, Page 17 of the <br />Cuyahoga County Records of Deeds, and more fully described as follows: <br />Commencing for Reference at a 5/8-inch rebar in a monument box found at the <br />centerline intersection of Lorain Road and Stearns Road (Variable right-of-way); <br />Thence, South 01 °-20'-08" West, along the centerline of Stearns Road, a distance of <br />2704.25 feet to the northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to the State of <br />4hio in Deed Volume 14266, Page 891 (a 1-inch rebar in a monument box was found <br />South 01 °-20'-08" West at 177.64 feet on the centerline of Stearns Road); Thence, <br />North 89°-05'-15" West, along the northerly line of said State of Ohio parcel, passing <br />over a5/8-inch rebar with ID cap "K.S. & Assoc." found at 39.91 feet, a distance of <br />83.00 feet to an iron pin set at the TRUE PLACE of BEGINNING of the storm sewer <br />easement herein to be described; <br />Course No. 1: thence, South 01 0-20'-08" West, along a westerly line of said State of <br />Ohio parcef, a distance of 40.00 feet to an iron pin set; <br />Course No. 2: thence, North 53°-54'-45" West, a distance of 69.43 feet to a 5/8-inch <br />rebar with ID cap "K_S. & Assoc." found an the southerly line of a parcel of land, now or <br />formerly in the name of Elizabeth K. Rosul as recorded in Deed Volume 7295, Page 28; <br />Caurse No. 3: thence, South 89°-05'-15" East, along said southerly line; a distance of <br />57.05 feet to the place of beginning confaining 0.026 Acre (1141 square feet) of iand, <br />more or less, as surveyed in Jufy of 2003 by Robert A. Dorner, Registered Professional <br />Land Surveyor No. 6943 for and on behaif af McSfeen & Associates, under Project <br />Number 03-223, and is subject to all iegal highways and easements of record. <br />The basis of bearings for this description is North 01 °-20'-08" East, as the centerline of <br />Stearns Road, as evidenced by monuments found, and is the same bearing as shown in <br />Volume 215, Page 54 of the Cuyahoga County Map Records. <br />Note: All iron pins set are 1/2-inch diameter x 30-inches in length rebars with a <br />plastic cap stamped "McSteen and Associates". <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />
