.?, ?.. <br />?. <br />(a) (b) The Community Cabin/Senior Center shall not be rented to any outside <br />organization or individual on any Sunday for profit making. The Senior Citizens <br />Multi 5ervices Center may be available for rent, at the rates listed in subsection (a) <br />hereinabove, but subject to the following restrictions and priorities: <br />(1) On days and at times outside of ordinary operations by the Division of <br />Aging, as within its scheduling guidelines; <br />(2) For senior citizen activities including but not limited to those as <br />provided for in subsection (d) below; <br />(3) For activities and programming intended for persons with disabitities; <br />(4) For other groups or persons listed in subsection (a) above, with <br />preference for nonproft city organizations, residents, and city youth <br />organizations; <br />(5) For all ot6er groups or persons listed in subsection (a) above, but <br />subject to reasonable provisions for eachange programs and other joint <br />ventures consistent with programming by the Division of Aging. <br />(b) (c) The North Olmsted Community Cauncil, because of its unique activity as <br />coordinator of community activities, is hereby exempted from the payment of rental <br />charges for use of the Community Cabin for its regularly scheduled meetings and for <br />the duration of the annual "Homecoming Days", but under no circumstances shall the <br />North Olmsted Community Council sublease the Community Cabin to others. <br />(s) (d) All City senior citizens' groups shall be permitted to use the Community Cabin <br />facilities twice every month for organization meeting purposes free of charge, provided <br />that the meeting times are held between the hours of 12:00 noon and 4:30 p.m., and <br />further provided that the time for such meeting is reserved thirty days in advance with <br />the office of the Director of Public Service. The senior citizens' group renting the <br />Community Cabin shall be responsible for cleaning the facility after use. In the event <br />that the Community Cabin is not cieaned up, there shall be a ten doilar ($10.00) charge <br />assessed against the senior citizen group which will defray the cost of having a City <br />employee perform the cleanup function. The Division of Aging shall have priority for <br />use of the North Olmsted Seruor Center as specified herein, but senior citizens' <br />groups may also use the senior center facilities to hold meetings, events, programs <br />or to otherwise engage in similar functions, within the scheduling guidelines of the <br />Division of Aging, and subject to scheduling limitations thereby imposed. <br />(d) (e) A limitation is hereby established for one Saturday night per month advance registration <br />for any individual or organization. Special consideration shall be given to youth groups and <br />senior citizen groups. Exceptions to this policy shall be at the discretion of the Service Director. <br />, <br />(llmarea ce,,:,.v...v.,. re..?ovaa?v-r.. t?,,;la• ,.! <br />?--...,. .., v <br />(e) (f) In the event the deposit made by an individual, group or organization is insufficient to <br />cover the cost of necessary labor or replacements for lost or damaged equipment or damage <br />to the buildings or property, the individual representing the group or organization shall be held <br />personally responsible for such damage, loss or replacement. <br />(f) (g) An increase of twenty-five cents ($.25) in a11 hourly fees and fifty cents ($. 50) in all flat <br />fees shall be levied on January 1 of each new year. <br />
