. <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE 2003 - 137 <br />By: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATION AND <br />COMPOSITION OF THE NON-LJNIFORM, PART-TIME PERSONNEL OF <br />THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the organization and composition <br />of the non-uniform, part-time personnel within the Police Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Organizational Chart for the non-uniform, part-time Police <br />Department personnel of the City of North Olmsted and the salary ranges be as follows: <br /> 2004 2005 <br />(a) School Guaxds <br />First Yeaz (Per Hour) $7.273 $7.419 <br />Second Year (Per Hour) $8.812 $8.989 <br />(b) Auxiliary Police <br />First Year (Per Hour) $7.273 $7.419 <br />Second Year (Per Hour) $8.812 $8.989 <br />and thereafter <br /> 2004 2005 <br /> From To From To <br />(c) Dispatchers (Per Hour) $11.260 $15.760 $11.486 $16.076 <br />(d) Off-duty Electrical <br />Maintenance (Per Hour) $10.829 $15.057 $11.046 $15.359 <br />SECTION 2: That any and a11 rates to be paid within Section 1 sha11 be established by the <br />Director of Public Safety and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance hereby repeals any and all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances or resolutions inconsistent herewith. <br />
