? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2003-134 <br />By: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM <br />THE BUS FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />TWENTY-SIX THOIISAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-NINE <br />DOLLARS ($26, 949) FOR MATERIALS AND PARTS <br />REIMBURSEMENTS RECEIVED FROM THE GREATER <br />CLEYELAND REGIONAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY (GCRTA) AS A <br />RESULT OF THE 1999, 2000, 2001 AND 2002 ANNUAL AUDITS OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line has received, or is in the <br />process of receiving, reimbursements in the total amount of Twenty-six Thousand Nine <br />Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars ($26,949.00) from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit <br />Authority (GCRTA) for materials and parts used from its inventory in the years 1999, <br />2000, 2001 and 2002, and; <br />WHEREAS, said reimbursements are provided for in Paragraph 10.2 of the <br />Operating Agreement between the City and GCRTA, and are for the Bus Line's use of <br />inventory materials and parts that were originally purchased prior to 1995 and were <br />owned by the City; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to authorize and direct that a11 such <br />funds received from GCRTA as reimbursement for said inventory materials and parts, <br />and paid into the Bus Fund, be transferred from the Bus Fund to the General Fund; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Twenty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars <br />($26,949.00), representing reimbursement to the City of North Olmsted from the Greater <br />Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) for inventory parts and material used <br />during the period 1999 through 2002 and originally purchased and owned by the City <br />prior to 1995, is authorized and directed to be transferred from the Bus Fund to the <br />General Fund.
