<br />Ordinance No. 2003-120 <br />(e) To better insure compliance with this Chapter as to notice, notification, posting, <br />and announcement, it sha11 be the responsibility of the Chairperson or Secretary of a Municipal <br />body, or other person or persons calling the meetings, to timely advise the Clerk of future <br />meetings, and the subject matters to be discussed thereat, of such Municipal body." <br />SECTION 6: That a1i ordinances, or parts of ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with <br />this Ordinance, are, to the extent of such inconsistency or conflict, repealed. <br />SECTION 7: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio and for the further reason that it is necessary that this ordinance go <br />into effect immediately so that the City may give the public and media effective notice of any <br />special meetings which may be held in the month of September, and further provided that it <br />receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: & °?, °t00'a <br />A T.• <br />BA ARA L.
