<br />A RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF
<br />PERS0IVNEL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES TO ADVERTISE
<br />FOR BIDS FOR COMPREHENSIVE MUNICIPAL LIABILITY,
<br />POLICE PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY, PROPERTY & SCHEDULED
<br />EQUIPMENT, BROAD FORM CRIME, AUTOMOTIVE LIABILITY
<br />& PHYSICAL DAMAGE, PUBLIC OFFICIAL.S ERRORS &
<br />0111ISSIONS, BOILER dE MACHINERY, INLAND MARINE, EDP,
<br />UMBRELLA, AND LIQUOR LIABILITYINSURANCE, ASA
<br />PACKAGE, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A
<br />CONTRACT FOR SAID INSURANCE PACKAGE WITH THE
<br />LOWEST AND BEST BIDDER, SUBJECT TO APPRO VAL BY THE
<br />BOARD OF CONTROL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, bid specifications for the purchase of Comprehensive Municipal
<br />Liability, Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment, Broad Form
<br />Crime, Automotive Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Enors & Omissions,
<br />Boiler & Machinery, Inland Marine, EDP, Umbrella, Liquor Liability, and other various
<br />insurance policies necessary for the City of North Olmsted, as a package, and as prepared
<br />by the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services, are on file in the office of the
<br />Director of Personnel and Administrative Services; and
<br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council ta authorize the Director of Personnel
<br />and Administrative Services to advertise for bids, and, to further authorize and direct the
<br />Mayor, upon approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement or agreements
<br />for the purchase of said insurance package with the lowest and best bidder;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br />OFNORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHID:
<br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Personnel and Administrative Services be and
<br />she is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of Comprehensive
<br />Municipal Liability, Police Professional Liability, Property & Scheduled Equipment,
<br />Crime, Automotive Liability & Physical Damage, Public Officials Enors & Omissions,
<br />Boiler & Machinery, Inland Marine, EDP, Umbrella, Liquor Liability, and other various
<br />insurance policies necessary for the City of North Olmsted, as a package, and in
<br />accordance with the specifications now on file in her office and that, upon approval by
<br />the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or
<br />agreements with the lowest and best bidder for said insurance coverage package.
