CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2003 -111 BY: MAYOR NORMAN T. MUSIAL AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A WATER MAIN EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY OWNED BY ROCKWYND CL IISTER HOMES AND KNOWN AS PART OF ORIGINAL OLMSTED TOWNSHIP LOT NO. 30, TRACT 6, PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 237-19-002 ON THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MAPS AND RECORDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Rockwynd Cluster Homes has offered an easement to the City of North Olmsted for a water main known as being part of the Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract No. 6, Permanent Paxcel No. 237-19-002; and WHEREAS, this Council desires to obtain from said owner a permanent easement for water main purposes to locate and install now, and in the future, a water line on said property; WHEREA.S, it is the desire of this Council, upon the advice and recommendation of the Director of Law and the City Engineer, to accept this easement and to provide for the recording of such conveyance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM5TED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, a water main easement from Rockwynd Cluster Homes, the owner of certain real property as further described within the Standard Easement, marked as Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
