CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2003 -110 BY: MAYOR NORMAN T. MUSIAL AN ORDINANCE ACeEPTING A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY OWNED BY ROCKWYND CLUSTER HOMES AND KIVOWN AS PART OF ORIGINAL OLMSTED TOWNSHIP LOT NO. 30, TRACT 6, PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 237-19-002 ON THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY MAPS AND RECORDS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Rockwynd Cluster Homes has offered an easement to the City of North Olmsted for a sanitary sewer known as being part of the Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 30, Tract No. 6, Permanent Parcel No. 237-19-002; and WHERF.A.S, this Council desires to obtain from said owner a permanerrt easemem for sanitary sewer purposes to locate and install now, and in the future, a sanitary sewer on said property; iYHEREfL4, it is the desire of this Council, upon the advice and recommendation of the Director of Law and the City Engineer, to accept this easement and to provide for the recording of such conveyance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYA.HOGA, AND 5TATE OF OffiO: SEC°TION 1: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept, on behalf of the City of North Olmsted, a sanitary sewer ea.sement from Rockwynd Cluster Homes, the owner of certain real property as fiuther described within the Standard Easemeirt, marked as Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECT'ION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby directed to cause said easement to be recorded in the Office of the Cuyahoga County Recorder.
