<br />(3) Take such other measures as may be deemed necessary by the <br />Building Commissioner to preserve the health, comfort and <br />safety of all persons residing m the apartment house, rooming <br />house, dormitory or accessory sleeping quarters, and of the <br />general public; <br />(4) Cause each dog, cat or other pet animal to be kept under control, <br />either by being tied up or confined in a proper enclosure; <br />(5) Report to the Building Commissioner all cases of communicable <br />disease or suspected cases of communicable disease affecting any <br />inmate of the apartment house, rooming house, dormitory or <br />accessory sleeping quarters. (Ord. 68-199. Passed 1-7-69.) <br />713.18 RUBBISH STORAGE FACILITIES. <br />Every multi-family dwelling and dwelling unit shall be supplied with approved <br />containers with covers for storage of rubbish. The owner, operator or agent in control of <br />such multi-family dwelling shall be responsible for the removal of such rubbish. (Ord. <br />68-199. Passed 1-7-69.) <br />713.99 PENALTY. <br />Any person, firm or corporation or agent or manager thereof who violates any <br />provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for the first <br />offense. For each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first <br />degree. Each day's violation shall be deemed a separate offense. <br />_.... . a,.... _ ._
