Each party has full power and authority to enter into the Agreement, and the person signing the Agreement on behalf of a parly represents that he/she has been properly authorized and empowered to enter into the Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by all of its terms, conditions and provisions. 34.0 Cost of Collection. In the event Customer fails to make any payments due under the Agreement, Customer shall pay all of SBC's costs of collection, including SBC's attorney's fees. 35.0 Incorporation. All Attachments and documents reference herein are a part of the Agreement. 36.0 Notices and Demands.
