Should any decking need <br />replacing, it witl be replaced at a cost of $4.00 sq. ft. . <br />3. Install (111) one inch I.S.O. insulation board over complete roof area, mechanically fastened. <br />4. Instalt Polyglass S.A. modified base sheet over complete new insulation board. <br />5. Install Polyglass APP modified roof system over complete roof area. <br />6. Flash all new wail de#ails with APP modiried. <br />7. Install term-bar at top edge of all wall flashing using proper anchors. <br />8. Install new drain inserts at all drain locations. <br />9. Install new outside perimeter metal. <br />10. Prime flange of new metal with asphalt primer to insure proper adhestion of new roofing <br />membrane. <br />11. Install APP modified over metal flange. <br />12. Install aluminum coating over complete new roof surface. <br />13. Clean-up and remove ali job related materials upon completion of job. <br />14.
