CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 2003 -67 BY: Mayor Musial AN ORDINANCE CREATING NEW SECTION 163.03 OF CHAPTER 163 OF THE ADMINIS TRA TIVE CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, ENTITLED "DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES," FOR THE PURP'OSE OF ESTABLISHING THE NEW POSITIONS OF NIITRITION AIDE 1 AND NUTRITION AIDE 2 WITHIN THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE CITY'S DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the City's contract with the Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging providing Older Americans Act Title IIIC program grant monies to the City for its nutrition site program, requires that the City have on staff nutrition aides; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council, acting upon the recommendation of the Director of Human Resources, to establish within the organizational chart of the Department of Human Resources the part-time positions of Nutrition Aide 1 and Nutrition Aide 2 in order to meet this contract obligation; and WHEREAS, this Council, on April 1, 2003, adopted Ordinance No. 2003-58, which established the salary range for each Nutrition Aide position; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIVCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That there is hereby created new Section 163.03 of Chapter 163 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, entitled "Department of Human Resources." Said Section 163.03, as created herein, shall read in its entirety as follows: "163.03 NUTRITION AIDES. There shall be two (2) Nutrition Aide positions within the Division of Aging of the Department, designated as Nutrition Aide 1 and Nutrition Aide 2. Each shall be a part-time position. Each Nutrition Aide shall be appointed by the Director of Human Resources and shall serve at his pleasure. The Administrator of the Division of Aging shall supervise the Nutrition Aides. The Nutrition Aides shall accept, count and sign for the delivery of Title IIIC meals and .,., ?.?. _
