<br />FOR THE
<br />INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A WATER MAIN
<br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUPPLYING WATER SERVICE
<br />For ROSEWOOD CLUSTERS
<br />We, Capital Hill Development Co., the Grantor herein, for valuable consideration
<br />received and to be received to our full satisfaction, do hereby grant and convey to
<br />the City of Westlake and to the City of North Olmsted and to the City of Cleveland,
<br />polifical subdivisions of the State of Ohio and Grantees herein, the perpetual right-
<br />of-way and easement for the purposes hereinafter mentioned in the following
<br />described premises (the "Premises"):
<br />Situated in the Cities of North Olmsted and Westlake, County of Cuyahoga and
<br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lots Nos. 27
<br />and 28, and bounded and described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a'/." drill hole in a stone in a monument box found on the centerline of
<br />Columbia Road, S.R. 252, 60 feet wide, at its intersection with the Easterly line of
<br />Root Road, 30 feet wide, which line is also the Eas#erly line of said Original Lot No.
<br />27, which line is also the Easterly corporation line of the City of Westlake;
<br />Thence S. 21d 49' 37" E., along the centerline of Columbia Road, S.R. 252, a
<br />distance of 681.33 feet to the Southeasterly cornsr of a parcel of land conveyed to
<br />Neil A. Ammons and K. Samantha Ammons, by deed recorded in Volume 97-
<br />03333, Page 26 of Cuyahoga Gounty Official Records;
<br />Thence S. 89d 45' 15" W., along the Southerly line of land,so conveyed to Neil A.
<br />and K. Samantha Ammons, a distance of 32.26 feet to the Southwesterly line of
<br />Columbia Road, S.R. 252;
<br />Thence S: 21d 49' 37" E., along the Southwesterly line of Columbia Road, S.R.
<br />252, a distance of 10.1.5 feet to the principal plaee of beginning;
<br />Thence continuing S. 21 d 49' 37" E., along the Southwesterly line of Columbia
<br />Road, S. R. 252, a distance of 70.49 feet;
<br />Thence S. 89d 45' 15" W., a distance of 245.32 feet to a point of curvature;
<br />Thence Westerly, a distance of 141.45 feet on the arc of a circle deflecting to-the
<br />right, whose central angle is 28d 56' 41 ", whose radius is 280.00 feet and whose
<br />chord bears N. 75d 46' 24" W., a distance of 139.95 feet to a point of reverse
<br />curvature;
<br />Thence Westerly, a distance of 25.52 feet on the arc af a circle deflecting to the
<br />left, whose central angle is 73d 06' 29", whose radius is 20.00 feet and whose
<br />chord bears S. 82d 08' 42" W., a distance of 23.82 feet to a point of reverse
<br />curvature;
<br />Thence Westerly and Northerly, a distance of 175.98 feet on the arc of a circle
<br />deflecting to the right, whose central angle is 158d 47' 13", whose radius is 63.50
<br />feet and whose chord bears N. 55d 00' 56"W., a distance of 124:83 feet to a point
