The Director of Finance is authorized and directed to pay to the Director of Law, for secretarial services and other general office expenses, the sum of $19,741 in 2001, $20,333 in 2002 and $20,942 in 2003. SECTION 3: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Finance. The salaries in this section shall be determined by the Director of Finance as appropriate. FROM TO 2001 2002 2003 A. Director of Finance (established through separate ordinance) B. Secretary I (salary range, but not authority to determine the Secretary's salary, is the same as established in Section 4) SECTION 4: That the salary for nonbargaining unit Secretary I and Secretary II full and part time positions shall be determined by the Mayor, Director and/or Division Leader and be no greater than the highest step of the collective bargaining agreement for the respective positions plus 2.5%.
