Said appointed members shall represent a diverse cross section of the <br />community and, if possible, live within CDBG targeted areas. The task of the Committee shall be <br />to discover and present to Council desirable projects which are eligible for CDBG funding in <br />FY2004 through 2006. All projects presented must be fundable from City funds with respect to <br />CDBG gant application leverage criteria. The recommendations of the Committee shall not be <br />binding upon the Council, and Council may present projects other than those recommended by <br />the Committee.
