a?. New Branch Library Page 4 ofS VII. CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS A. Any proposals submitted to the Owner are to be prepared at the Proposer's expense. B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be listed separately and attached to the proposal in writing. C. The Owner does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. D. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no liability whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the Proposer and the Owner. Any proposal will not be binding on the Owner unless and until an Agreement covering all conditions and provisions of the (Name of the type o fl Services has been reduced to writing, executed by both the successful Proposer and the Owner and attachment of the appropriate certificates. F. Along with the other criteria contained in the Codified Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio as set forth in APPENDIX E of this RFP, the following criteria will be used to select the successful Proposer: 1. Understanding of the Project based on narratives contained in the RFP. 2. Experience of the Proposer to perform (Name of the type of) services with similar projects having comparable facilities based upon the size and nature of the similar project. 3. Experience of personnel who are to be assigned to the Project by the Proposer as evidenced in resumes attached to its proposal and, if completed by the City, post-proposal interviews. 4. Experience with other projects of the City of North Olmsted. 5. The Proposer's demonstration of its ability to perform the requested services based on narratives contained in the RFP, particularly: a. Asphalt Pavement Testing b. Concrete Testing c. Struetural Steel testing and Inspection d. Masonry Testing e. Paint Testing f. Other material tests and inspections as required and directed by the CM.
