<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003 - 23 <br />BY: Mayor Norman T. Musial <br />A RESOLUTIONAUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR PRINTING OF THE SPRING/SUMMER <br />AND AUTUMN/WINTER NORTH OLMSTED PARKS AND RECREATION <br />DEPARTMENT BROCHURES, AS PER SPECIFICATIONS NOW ON FILE <br />IN HIS OFFICE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR <br />SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is hereby authorized to <br />advertise for bids for printing services for the Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter North <br />Olmsted Parks and Recreation Brochure, as per specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfaze, and <br />for the further reason it is immediately necessary to provide for the expeditious printing <br />of brochures for upcoming recreational activities, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two thirds of all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />?PASSED: / 4d- lL 3 First Reading: s 6 ?- <br />Second Reading:???)`c-- 3 _ <br />Third Readin _ <br />Committee: u-d x.?
