<br />Ordinance No. 2003-21 <br />SECTION 1: That this Council hereby authorizes and directs that a11 hoteUmotel tax <br />revenues received in the year 2003, up to a maximum amount of two hundred sixty thousand <br />dollars ($260,000.00), which would otherwise be credited to the "HoteUMotel Tax Fund," <br />created pursuant to Ordinance No. 90-108, as amended from time to time, be credited instead to <br />the General Fund. <br />SEC1'ION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to credit all <br />hateUmotel tax revenues received in the year 2003, up to a maximum amount of two hundred <br />sixty thousand dollars ($260,000.00), which would otherwise be credited to the "HoteUMotel <br />Tax Fund," to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency mea.sure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of this <br />City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective so that <br />the City may timely adopt a lawful permanent appropriations ordinance for the year 2003; and <br />further provided it receives the af?'irmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />? <br />/ <br />PASSED: 00 3 <br />d <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: _ <br />Third Reading: <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST.• <br />? <br />BARBARA L.
