<br />Ordinance No. 2003-18 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council hereby authorizes and directs that a11 revenues received <br />in the year 2003 from emergency medical services and ambulance transportation billings to <br />residents, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services Fund," <br />created pursuant to Ordinance No. 2002-103, be credited instead to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to credit all <br />revenues received in the year 2003 from emergency medical services and ambulance <br />transportation billings, which would otherwise be credited to the "Emergency Medical Services <br />Fund," to the General Fund. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare, of this <br />City and for the further reason that this Resolution is required to be immediately effective so that <br />the City may timely adopt a lawful permanent appropriations ordinance for the year 2003; and <br />further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passa.ge and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />First Reading: G.3 <br />_ <br />Second Reading: ? -0 <br />Third Reading: 2 3- <br />Committee: <br />ATTEST.• <br /> <br />PARBARA L.
