In the event any partor portion of this agreement shall be f:ound to <br />be contrary to law and thereby held to be null and void, all other provisions of this agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect, and shall not be otherwise affected by any such rulings, findings or <br />decisions. <br />IN VVITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this agreement to be duly executed <br />on the date indicated by signing this agreement or identical copies of same. <br />
