• NOTICE TO PROS CTIVE REAL ESTATE PUTr; ?`.'??iASERS/TENANTS <br />. <br />In Ohio, real estate licensees are required to disclose which party they represent in a real estate transaction. <br />Under Ohio law, a real estate licensee is considered to be an agent of the owner of real estate unless there <br />is an agreement to the contrary and that agreement is disclosed to all parties. <br />Some of ttwrdoes fff thelicensee, as the agent of the owner, are to: <br />• Treat all parties to a transaction honestly <br />• Offer the property without regard to race, color, religion, sex, ancestry, familial status, national <br />origin or handicap <br />• Promote the best inoerest of the owner <br />• Obtain the best price for the owner <br />• Fully disclose to the owner all facts which might affect or influence a decision <br />• Present all offers to the owner <br />As a buyer, if you choose to have a real estate broker represent you as your agent, you should enter into a <br />written contract that clearly establishes the obligations of both you and your agent and specifies how your <br />agent will be compensated. <br />Under Ohio law, the disclosure statement below must be submitted to the prospecrive purchaser/tenant in <br />each transacdon. This form has been approved by the Ohio Real Estate Commission for use by Ohio real <br />estate licensees.
