<br />4.1 COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF WRITTEN REPORT <br />Consultant estimates that the comprehensive written report proposed herein can <br />? be submitted to Client within thirty (30) working-days following completion of <br />all field work proposed herein. <br />, <br />5.0 PREPARATION OF VENDOR-READY TECHIVICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br />? Consultant proposes to prepare vendor-ready technical performance specifications <br />for a new, modified and/or expanded municipal radio communications system in <br />t the event that the performance evaluations of the existing Client radio system <br />reveal substantive operational and/or performance deficiencies. Consultant <br />, further proposes to develop written specifications for any Client-approved new or <br />modified radio communications equipment deemed necessary or desirable as a <br />' direct result of the performance evaluations. <br />? Separate and complete vendor-ready technical specifications shall be prepared for <br />the communications center control console and peripheral equipment if <br />? replacement or reconfiguration of the console and/or peripheral equipment is <br />deemed necessary or desirable. <br />? <br />Client shall reproduce completed specifications for bid and make available to <br />? interested vendors through the client's bidding process. <br />? 5.1 DRAFT SPECIFICATIONS <br />Consultant proposes to submit one (1) draft copy of specifications for any new or <br />? modified radio communications system or equipment for review by Client. If <br />required, Consultant shall amend draft specifications as required by Client review. <br />? The revised specifications shall be approved in writing. by Client. <br />? <br />?
