PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />Based on a Notice-to-Proceed date of February, 1996, we anticipate the following schedule: <br />1. The preliminary budget and schedule with dates will be submitted to the City for <br />review and approval one week after receipt of Notice-to-Proceed. <br />2. Preliminary (30%) plans showing alignment, profile, typical sections, and <br />preliminary drainage and construction limits will be submitted by May, 1996. <br />3. Plans and specifications for final review will be submitted by September, 1996. <br />4. Original tracings and specifications will be submitted by January, 1997. <br />The submittals for both streets will be made concurrently, unless the City prefers to review them <br />separately. <br />5
