RECEPTIONIST / PBX <br />Effective July 1, 1995 the foliowing base rate of pay shali be paid providing the year(s) of full- <br />time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or mare service by July 1, 1995 $9.04 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $8.65 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $8.27 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $7.92 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $7.58 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After July 1, 1995----------------------- $7.25 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, the following base rate of pay shall <br />be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $9.36 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $8.95 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $8.56 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $8.20 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $7.85 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1996----------------------- $7.50 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1997 through the duration of the agreement, the following base rate <br />of pay shall be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $9.64 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $9.22 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $8.82 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $8.45 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $8.09 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1997----------------------- $7.73 per hour <br />Effective Juiy 1, 1995, employee's that have been promoted to the classification of Receptionist / PBX <br />after July 1, 1995, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) <br />continuous year of service within this classification. <br />Appendix A - 1 <br />,; <br />38 <br />, .. ,.. ,
