ENGINEERING INSPECTOR/DRAFTSMANISURVEY CREW MEMBER/ SURVEY CREW CHtEF/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE lNSPECTORICHIEF INSPECTOR Effective July 1, 1995 the foilowing base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full- time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $15.56 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $14.89 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $14.25 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $13.64 per hour Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by Ju1y 1, 1995 $13.05 per hour Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After July 1, 1995----------------------- $12.49 per hour Effective January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $16.10 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $15.41 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $14.75 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $14.12 per hour Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $13.51 per hour Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1996----------------------- $12.93 per hour Effective January 1, 1997 through the duration of the agreement, the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year {s} of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $16.58 per hour Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 9997 $15.87 per hour Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $15.19 per hour Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $14.54 per hour Empioyee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $13.92 per hour Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 9997----------------------- $13.32 per hour Effective July 1, 1995, employee's that have been promoted to the classification of Engineering lnspector 1 Draftsman I Survey Crew Member / Survey Crew Chief / Property Maintenance lnspector / Chief Inspector after July 1, 1995, shall be eligible to move ta the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) continuous year a# service within this classification.
