CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-146 <br />BY: MAYOR BOYLE AND THE ENTIRE COUNCII. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER <br />INTO A CONTRACT W1TH THE CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />GENERAL HEALTH DISTRICT FOR THE YEAR 1996, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted, under O.R.C. 53709.08 is a member of <br />the General Health District of Cuyahoga County; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted must enter into a contract for the year <br />1996 for health services to be performed by the Cuyahoga County Hea1th District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OffiO: <br />SECTION 1: The Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and marked Exbibit "A", with the Cuyahoga County <br />General Health District to provide health services to the City of North Olmsted from <br />January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996. <br />SECTION 2: That a copy of this Resolution shall be forwarded to the Director of <br />Finance for authority to pay semi-annual payments under the provisions of this contract. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the further reason that it is immediately necessary for the continuity of health services to <br />the residents of this City, and further, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all Members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />passage. <br />, , tw?,_ .«?,?.??,? •?, ???, „ ,
