t c w ? •? :,,?' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0.95-112 <br />BY: Mayor Boyle <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TBE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR EMERGENCY <br />RESCUE VEHICLES, EQIJIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES TO BE <br />USED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE TT RESOLVED BY TBE COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Safety be and she is hereby authorized <br />to advertise for bids for emergency rescue vehicles and equipment for the Fire <br />Department. Said equipment shall conform to the specifications now on file in the office <br />of the Director of Public Safety, and that, upon approval by the Board of Control, the <br />Mayor is also hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />?ECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for <br />the further reason, it is immediately necessary to maintain safety for area residents and <br />further provided it receives the affumative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor.
