The salaries specified 'm A- I of tlus Section shall be established by the Director of <br />Public Safety and the Mayor. <br />SECTION 2: That Secrion 3 of Ordinance No. 94-154 which now reads: <br />"That upon the approval ofthe Mayor or respective Director, all full time <br />administrative and legislative personnel, with the exception of those holding Elected or <br />Director positions, listed in this ordinance will be paid time and one-half of their straight <br />time rates ofpay for hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in any one day and time <br />and one-half of their straight time rate of pay for hours worked 'm excess of forty (40) <br />hours in any one work week. Double time shall be paid to said employees for Sundays <br />and Holidays provided they have worked at least forty (40) hours during the work week." <br />Be and the same is hereby amended, and as amended shall read as follows: <br />SECTION 3: That pay rate ranges for years after 1997 will be increased no more than the <br />prior year annual increase per the Consumer Price Index for Wage Earners and Clerical <br />Workers within the Cleveland Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area. This may be <br />referred to as the CPIW within the Cleveland CMSA. <br />
