CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-108 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF P[.TBLIC SIItVICE <br />Ta ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR APPROXIMATELY 50,000 GALLONS OF SODIUM <br />ALUMINATE FOR USE BY 7HE NORTH OLMSTED WASTEWATER 7REATMENT <br />FACILITIES PLANT, ANID DECLARING AN RMGENCY. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID BY TEIEE COUNCIL OF 'giEE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTID, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and bee is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for approximately 50,000 gallons of <br />Sodium Aluminate for use by the North Olmsted Wastewater Treatment <br />Facilities Plant, according to the specifications now an file in his <br />office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is <br />immediately necessary for the city's sodiun aluminate requirements, and <br />further provided it received the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />r <br />PASSID: '?-?2 <br />)fi4ST : <br />; BARBARA L.
