139.02 COPIFS OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES <br />The Police Division is authorized to use its photographic equipment at proper times to <br />make copies of officiat police photographic scenes, pictures or material, for the use of insurance <br />companies, attorneys or other proper persons. They shall charge ten dollars ($10.00) per print <br />for such photographs or material, the proceeds from the sale of which are to be credited to the <br />General Fund of the City. In the event that there is requested an enlazgement of photographs as <br />hereinbefore specified, the cost of enlarging such photograph to a size not to exceed eight inches <br />by ten inches, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per print. <br />(Ord. 91-33. Passed 3-5-91) <br />Be, and the same hereby are amended, and, as arnended shall read as follows: <br />139. 01 COPIES OF REPORTS; CHARGES <br />The Police Division is hereby authorized to make duplicate copies of accidera reports and <br />other proper police material for the use of insurance companies, attorneys or other proper <br />persons. It shall charge its actual costs in reproducing such reports and other material. Actual <br />costs per page shall be deternuned by the Chief of Police. Actual costs shall not include labor or <br />division overhead costs. All fees collected by the police division shall be paid into the general <br />fund. <br />139. 02 COPIES OF PHOTOGRAPHS; CHARGES <br />The Police Division is authorized to use its photographic equipment at proper times to <br />make copies of o,,?`'tcial police photograph scenes, pictures or material, for the use of insurance <br />companies, altorneys or other proper persons. For each such photograph reproduced, the division <br />shall charge its actual costs to the requesting person. Actual costs shall be determined by the <br />Chief of Police. Actual costs shall not include labor or division overhead costs. All fees collected <br />by the division pursuant to this section shall be paid into the general fund. <br />SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions <br />in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to amend Sections 139.01 and 139.02 of the North <br />Olmsted Codified Ordinances, in order to bring these sections into complianoe with Ohio Supreme <br />Court Law and further provided that it receives an affirmative vote of two thirds of all members <br />of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. And for the further reason that it is immediately necessary to amend Sections 139.01 and <br />139.02 of the North Olmsted Codified Ordinances, in order to bring these sections into <br />compliance with Ohio Supreme Court law. <br />
