CITY OF NOR'IIH OLMSTID <br />RESOLUTION N0. 95-63 <br />BY: DAVID LIND <br />A RESOLUTION AIJ'lHORIZING 'IHE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 3,000 TONS OF <br />SALT AND AUTfiORIZING 'IHE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and Ye is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for 3,000 tons of road salt in accordance <br />with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the <br />Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and <br />execute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this resolutio <br />measure irrnnediately necessary for the <br />and welfare and for the further reaso <br />provide for the safe use of city stre <br />provided it receives the affirmative <br />Council, it shall take effect and be <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />n is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />preservation of the public health, safety <br />n that it is itrnnediately necessary to <br />ets during the winter season, and further <br />vote of two-thirds of all members of <br />in force irnmediately upon its passage <br />PASSED: ?,`-'JG P.? <br />ATTEST: <br />_. t <br />BARBARA L.
