- ' i <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-54 <br />BY: TBE MAYOR AND ENTIRE COUNCIL <br />A RESOLUTION COMIIffiNDING TBE ACHIEVEMENT BY <br />LEE HADBAVNY <br />OF TBE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD IN BOY SCOUTING <br />WHEREAS, this Council and the Administration recognize and reaffirm their <br />dedication to organized Scouting; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council and the Administration further recognize that those <br />participating in Scouting, both the youths and their leaders, are an invaluable asset to the <br />community and the Nation, and that the ideals of Scouting, the Scout Law and the Scout <br />Pledge are commitments that all citizens should strive for; and <br />WHEREAS, when one of our young citizens has been committed to Scouting to <br />such an extent that he earns the rank of Eagle Scout, it is truly a noteworthy <br />accomplishment; and <br />WHEREAS, LEE HADBAVNY, as a member of Boy Scout Troop 664, has <br />served his fellow Scouts as a Troop Guide and Historian; and <br />WBEREAS, LEE HADBAVNY, was an active Scout participating in Webeloes <br />Weekend, Memorial Day Parade, All Scouts Weekend and was an Honorary Official of <br />All Scouts Weekend; and <br />WHEREAS, LEE HADBAVNY, in achieving his Eagle Scout Award earned <br />twenty-three Merit Badges; and <br />WHEREAS, LEE is currently a student at Olmsted Falls High School where he is <br />an. active participant in Marching Band as a Section Leader, is an editor of the newspaper, <br />a member of the Yearbook Staff and has participated in the Northwestern University <br />Summer Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by LEE HADBAVNY is a <br />noteworthy accomplishment deserving of the congratulations of the entire community.
