CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 95-47 <br />BY: MAYOR BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION, <br />BENEFITS AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR SALARIED <br />EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF <br />THE NORTH OLMSTED TRANSIT EMPLOYEES <br />ASSOCIATION, COLLECTIVE BARGAINING UNIT, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to update and <br />establish the compensation and benefits for the NOMBL salaried <br />employees effective January 1, 1995, in order that they be <br />similar to benefits presently offered to employees of the North <br />Olmsted Transit Employees Association. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: Salary Schedules <br />That the compensation to be paid to salaried employees shall <br />be in the ranges as follows: <br />Administrative Personnel <br />General Manaber <br />Operations Manager <br />Maintenance Manager <br />Assistant Maintenance Manager <br />Zone Supervisor <br />SECTION 2: Work Week <br />Salar Ran e <br />34,400 to $57, 75 <br />$31,900 to $51,623 <br />$31,900 to $51,623 <br />$30,100 to $50,004 <br />$30,100 to $50,004 <br />The normal work week for salaried employees of the NOMBL <br />shall be forty (40) hours. Said work week begins Sunday morning <br />at 12:01 AM through midnight Saturday. <br />SECTION 3: Overtime <br />That the salaried employees may be paid overtime upon the <br />recommendation of the Service Director. <br />SECTION 4: Longevity Benefits <br />That there is an established longevity benefit for all full- <br />time salaried employees which shall be as follows: <br />
