0". <br />?kwl <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 95-47 <br />Paee 5 <br />t. Full-time employees who have completed twenty <br />years through infinity are entitled to six weeks <br />vacation; said vacation shall be taken during <br />the twenty first year and all subsequent years <br />thereafter. <br />U. Any employee may be paid for vacation time in lieu of <br />time off provided, however, that approval therefor is obtained <br />from the employee's immediate supervisor and, in any event, all <br />employees must take a minimum of five uninterrupted days off each <br />year. <br />v. If a day recognized as a Paid Holiday falls within an <br />employee's vacation week, the employee shall have the option to <br />be paid an extra eight (8) hours, at a straibht time rate or take <br />the holiday off at another time. <br />SECTION 8: Life Insurance <br />a. After one (1) month of full-time employment, salaried <br />employees shall be covered by a twenty thousand dollar ($20,000) <br />group term life and AD&D policy at employers expense. <br />b. To the extent permitted by insurance providers rules, <br />employees may purchase additional life insurance, which shall be <br />deducted from paychecks once a month. <br />c. To the extent permitted by the insurance providers <br />rules, employees may convert to individual policy upon <br />terMination of enployment or retirement. <br />SECTION 9: Health Insurance <br />The Employer shall provide either individual or family <br />medical insurance coverage, at the employees option for each <br />full-time salaried employee. Effective January 1, 1995; health <br />care benefits for salaried employees shall be governed by City of <br />North Olmsted Ordinance Number 93-96 and any revisions to this <br />ordinance. <br />SECTION 10• Sick Leave, Jury Duty, Funeral Leave, Parental <br />Leave, Probationary Period, and Payment of Accumulative Sick <br />Leave Credit. <br />These benefits shall be governed by City of North Olmsted <br />Ordinance Number 93-26 and any revision thereof. <br />SECTION 11: Incentive Day <br />All full-time salaried employees <br />eight (8) hour day off with pay or may <br />(1), eibht (8) hour day, for each six <br />leave. <br /> <br />shall receive one (1), <br />elect to be paid for one <br />(6) months of unused sick <br />, ,?A4- h
