Section 33.08. No employee shall be required to work overtime. For all employees, except <br />., operators, who are offered overtime and for any reason refuse or fail to work, shall be credited <br />with the overtime as if he had worked, for the purpose of distribution. In the case of bus <br />operators on Holiday situations, the last five (5) in seniority cannot waive overtime. The <br />NOMBL shall maintain a list, by classification (excluding operators), showing the overtime hours of <br />each employee. All overtime hours shall be recorded on a daily basis. The overtime list shall be <br />posted at a work location in the garage and shall be kept cunent, on a daily basis. This overtime <br />list is continuous and shall not start over at the first of the year. <br />ARTICLE XXXIV <br />WAGE INCREASES <br />Section 34.01. Job descriptions and responsibilities are different between the two <br />operahons. <br />See attached Exhibits A-1 to A-3, which sets forth the wage schedules. <br />Section 34.02. Operators who are assigned a training operator shall be paid an additional forty <br />cents ($.40) per hour for the time spent with the training operator and shall be required to rate <br />and evaluate the training operator. <br />Section 34.03. There is an established operator training program which shall not exceed thirty <br />(30) days and any operator who is included within said training program shall be paid the then <br />established federal minimum hourly wage rate, for the hours spent in training. All road <br />instruction shall be conducted by only full-time operators. <br /> <br />26 <br />
